Which couriers do you use?
We offer shipping via GLS or DHL, including home delivery, Business delivery or Drop Points. Choose your preferred shipping method at checkout. Your choice will always be stated on your order confirmation.
From time to time we may use another courier to get your order delivered to you faster, but your order will of course always be sent insured and with tracking.
The courier used depends on your delivery address and which designer the parcel is being shipped from. You will always receive information about the shipping company used when you receive your tracking ID.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship worldwide, with a few exceptions i.e., Russia & Columbia.
Is Import duties & VAT included in the price?
Yes. Import duties, VAT & insurance is always included in your order. When we say hassle-free we mean it. If any additional taxes and/ or shipping fees apply they will be calculated and added in checkout. This means that you will not incur any additional charges once you've paid for your order.
Is my parcel insured?
Yes, your parcel is fully insured during transport as The Jewellery Room ships via fully secured couriers.
What is the delivery time of the jewellery?
The delivery time is stated on the product page for each piece of jewelry. We encourage you to always check the delivery time on the specific product, as you as a customer accept the delivery time when placing the order. Your order will be shipped directly from the designer's location.
The estimated delivery time refers to business days and does not take into account weekends and holidays, e.g. ships in 1-3 days = 1-3 business days. Please note that extended delivery times may occur. If extended delivery time is the case, you will of course be informed.
For custom-made items, the delivery time is +4 weeks.
If you have specific requests for the delivery of your package, please contact customercare@thejewelleryroom.com.
Will you keep me informed about my order?
Yes, we keep you updated throughout the entire process - from when the order is placed to when the item is shipped. Most of our designer jewellery is handmade and it may therefore occasionally happen that the delivery time exceeds the estimated - i.e. difficulties in sourcing a specific stone quality or other. Yet if this should occur you will always be informed and you will have the possibility to change your purchase if desired. Once your order is packed and shipped, you will receive an email with tracking number and expected delivery date.
What to do if my parcel appears to be damaged or opened when it is delivered?
Before accepting your package, you should always check if there are any signs that it has been opened or damaged. In such cases, please refuse to accept the package (whether in a parcel shop or private delivery) and contact us as soon as possible via email customercare@thejewelleryroom.com and we will make every effort to resolve the issue.
Is it possible to pick up my order in your Showroom in Copenhagen?
Click & & Collect from our Showroom in Copenhagen is always an option for our Danish customers. We will inform you when your order is ready for pick-up. The showroom is located in Møntergade 16, 1116 Copenhagen K, Denmark. Please see our opening hours here
